PLACING AN ORDER – STEP BY STEP
If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.
Click on the product that you are interested in.
1. Check the images of the product.
2. All orders need 1 business day for processing. Select Your favourite color or Size from the size buttons.
3. Click “ADD TO CART” button.
4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
5. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “Cart” button.
You can also buy the product by call to action button " Buy Now",. it will take you direct to checkout ..
On the Cart page you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.
If you want to remove a product from the cart, click on the "remove" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.
To continue, click "CHECKOUT”.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY
We have a 1 – 3 days processing time before shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and an estimated date of delivery by email. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and the estimated delivery date. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will notify you by either email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock. However, note that delivery times can also be subject to external factors as shall be described herein this policy and therefore, cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly before you place your order.
Estimated shipping fee
At the time of purchase, a shipping estimate and/or shipping fee are added to the total purchase amount. The shipping charge may vary depending on the shipping method, country, and other circumstances.
Estimated delivery date
Estimated delivery dates for orders provided by Beachside Bits are non-binding and time of delivery is not of the essence. This estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.
Beachside Bits shall not be held responsible for any shipment/package being delayed by the carrier due to adverse weather conditions, uncontrollable circumstances (flight delays, equipment malfunction etc.), or an act of God and will not refund the cost of shipping.
Multiple days of delays on shipments can be caused by any of the above-mentioned events regardless of the shipping method selected at the point of checkout.
Shipment reroutes/lost shipments/shipments returned to Beachside Bits
In the event that an order is placed with incorrect shipping information and requires a change of address, the customer will be charged a reroute fee and any additional shipping charges that may apply to such rerouting. This fee can vary based on your location and how much the shipment needs to travel away from its originally shipped location.
Tracking your order
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the respective shipping company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information. Please be advised that depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as “SPAM”. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically.
If you select Standard Shipping at checkout, you will not be emailed a tracking number as Standard shipping does not have a tracking feature.
International shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed upon the shipment reaching your country and such custom charges must be fulfilled by you. We have no control over such charges and as such, we cannot predict what such charges may be.
